I did like the style of the brush-stroke animation on this short feature, but the thread was maybe just a bit too surreal for me. It’s all based around a couple who meet for the first time in a small café and whilst polite enough to each other, are soon lost in their own thoughts - which Alison de Vere has brought to life for us here.
